What Off-List Handguns Would You Get?

Hypethetically speaking, if you could get any off list guns tomorrow, what would you buy?

If I get handguns out of state and am a personal handgun importer can I initiate private sale to a PRK resident?

I'd buy frames rather than guns because I like to build. Unfortunately you can't drop test a frame and one that's gunsmith fit is hard to SSE.

I am a non-resident stationed here, and im from a state where I can walk into a store buy anything non-NFA and walk out in 10 minutes with a new toy. I know that I am still required to register in 60 days, but I do not have to follow the drop-list.

Yea I've thought about doing something like that. I spend enough time out of state(i.e. months) with family in TX that I could reasonably qualify for a TX ID an buy out of state when I'm in TX and import back if I wanted too. I just haven't wanted to mess with the hassle yet. I may be more tempted to get a mill so I could build variations.

If you have the option I would definately do it. If it wasnt against the law I would fly back with pelican cases and get every member of this board any handgun they wanted.

You can't even get a 1911 or others that is on the approved list that is a different color or grips than the one that is approved

I think the roster is almost irrelevant these days unless your talking about what was already mentioned by Cyc Wid It.

The roster is irrelevant these days.............Agree 100% If I want a off roster I just buy one via SSE. Heck I can even make the barrel extension for the ffl.
