How do I get NRA certified as an pistol instructor? How much does it cost and how long does it take?

    This site should help. http://www.nrainstructors.org/searchcourse.aspx

Just click on the class you want to take and put in your zip code, available courses will come up and you can click on information for what the cost is. Most of the instructors have their contact info listed for more information.

    Good luck

Does it HAVE to be a NRA instructor?

I know almost every range gives a safety class once a week or so and every now and again usually out door ranges have carbine or tactical hand gun classes.
