I have a couple of TC Contender frames and about 4 pistol and 3 carbine barrels for them. A 45 colt/410 barrel would be a nice addition to my collection of Contender barrels. I heard of folks getting away with shooting 410 through their 45/70 barrels.

It's typical - the people making the laws are only thinking about what they want to control - not what the law will actually do. That type of narrow, short-term thinking has given us bad law after bad law that is made worse with every patch and plug they subsequently tack on.

I think its pretty cool. I just purchased a 410 rossi tufty (I don't know why) As for someone who said a 410 is the most useless round I disagree with you. I think the .32 is.

.25 ACP is more useless than either the .410 or the .32...

Of course, one could go the other way and say that unless you are frequently confronted by charging elephants & rhinos, then this is also fairly useless
