CZ frame/slide compatibility

Does anyone know if a CZ 75B compact (manual safety model) can run with a full length CZ 75 Shadow slide? The dust cover lengths on the compact and full size frames look identical to me, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Dont see why not, the trigger system is the same so should all line up ( minus the FP lifter, which you would want to replace with a spacer )

You have it right. My cz compact doesn't have the firing pin block and I can run my shaddow slide on it. I can also run my compact slide on my 75sa which doesn't have a FPB either. Now the only slide that will work on my sp-01 shadow is the one it came with. The hammer is wider on that gun than on the compact or 75sa.
