    Glock barrel question

So I was cleaning my Glock 19 a minute ago and I was looking at the barrel, and I noticed that on the underside of the rear most "leg" there is some engraving or little dots that look similar to say a barcode like UPS uses.
Does anyone know what this is, or seen it before?
I know people are going to ask for pics but I want to know what it is before I add pics in case it is my serial number(which is stamped on the barrel).
    thanks.

If you have a new production Glock then that's normal. I've seen that on many guns and all Gemtech products.
There are 3 kinds of people in this world.
The wise, learn from the mistakes of others.
The smart, learn from their own mistakes.
The others, well......they just never learn.

If your talking about the leg that supports the recoil spring, my G19 has four digits G860. I dont know what it means though. I took a pic but my phone has a poor camera.

It should have been manufactured in 2011 or 2010.
What is it exactly though? A bar code for Glock? or a serial number?

Its the rear most leg, basically the feed ramp leg. Its on the bottom side of it, so that if the barrel was installed it would be facing the ground.

I'm going to guess a batch lot or heat treat lot code.
