Yes, the G19/G23 are identical in exterior dimensions. The other option is a G17/G22 or a G34/G35 or G17L/G24. The lockup for the Glock is the same thru the mid section, only the slide length changes. Shorter Glocks fit longer holsters. -

Holsters for G36 will also work for the G19/23. My Sparks VMII for the G36 works fine for my G19/23.Comment
