    TRANSFER QUESTION

A couple months back I sold an XD on this site and shipped it to NorCal to an FFL and all was good. It just dawned on me today as I was waiting on my Taco combination platter from Great Mex that I never signed any documents or release from like I have when I sold stuff locally. I got my cash and then forgot about it. I have seen the gun for sale again and it got me wondering. Do I need to do anything to cover my supple and pretty white a.s.s.?

You can CYA with a NLIP (No Longer In Possession from from DOJ).

    Not necessary, but prudent. http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/
