    Good luck!
Try www.steyrclub.com, you may get lucky.
There is an S40-A1 in the classified's here for a decent price.

Good luck. There were very difficult to find when they were on roster. It's going to be even harder now they fall off the roster.
I got lucky and found a M40a1 two years ago. And it's easily my favor polymer pistol.

don't be disheartened, although its not on the list anymore, it does come up once in awhile in the "for sale section" here. just dont fall for price gouging. i bought mine new for $450.

Throw up a WTB ad, I'm sure someone will respond. I sold mine (previously used) for the same price I bought it for only 6 months ago so not everyone is out to gouge people

Even the best laid plans of mice and men . . .

Earlier this year I had the cash and a chance to purchase a cherry Steyr M9-1A w/5 mags, etc. However, my wife said WE needed the money to buy plane tickets because WE were going to visit HER mother. I said we'll see about that. I think my tears might have landed on the seller's house when the plane flew overhead.

              Check out this site.

Just put in Steyr and how far back you want to search and you can see what's out there. It always seems that when you want something, (like a Sig Sauer P220 in 9mm) all of a sudden its available. Just don't tell the wife!

              Good Luck.

Everyone who owns one always said it's an improvement of Glock. And it has best grip amount any polymer pistol. Being a Glock fan, I really wish they make one in 45acp.
