I handled one of those JM the other day and I think that is an awesome gun one that one day I'll own. If I didn't just put a deposit on a TRP full rail and have another TRP on the way from Buds.

w german/german Sig P220 would get my vote. you've really got to try out your final list of contenders before making purchase, imo.

Having owned all three of the majority of recommendations listed (1996 built P220, Gen 2 Glock 21 and HK USP 45) I would say USP all the way. Grip is slimmer than the G21 I had, carried more rounds then the P220, and I could carry it in condition 1 which was a big plus. Only down side IMHO is its proprietary rail but I actually like the M2 light better than my M3. Plus its the only one of the three that can handle +P+ rounds with relative ease or the lack of an aftermarket 'kit'.

Count me in for the HKs---HK45 - 45C - USPf 45 - or even a USP Compact in 45---I have the 45C and the USPf and really like 'em!
