    Hogue Customer Service

So I bought another Ruger Super Black Hawk a while back and it came with a new Hogue grip. So after several trips to the range and a raw pinkie finger due to the small stock grips. I decided to install the hogue rubber grip, but it seems to be missing the screw. I must have lost it somewhere in my closet or something. So today I called hogue and asked the if, and where I can purchase a new screw or mounting hardware. I was very shocked to hear the lady tell me she would send me the screw and the mounting hardware out to me today, and it was no charge. I just wanted to share some positive customer service from a company. I know its just a screw but they didnt have to send it to me on their dime.

Most of my Smiths wear Hogue stocks. they are well made and look great! Glad to hear that your experience was a good one, as were all of mine.

It seems all we hear about is bad CS, I wanted to post something positive for a change. It was also nice to have someone that spoke english answer the phone.

I purchased a Hogue grip about 20 years ago for a Super Blackhawk. While I was shooting from a rest, I put a good gouge in the bottom of the grip. I sent it back for repair fully expecting to pay but was surprised they didn't charge me for the repair. This good press goes a long way for Hogue.
Glad to see they still take good care of their customers.
