    Ruger .22LR SP101

The Ruger .22LR SP101 is on the "approved" list. Ruger announced it on their Facebook page this afternoon, and, of course, the California haters came out from under their rocks. Anyway, it's good news for those of us prefer the variety of ammo that can be used in a .22 revolver.

It's amazing how many gun owners are also mouth breathers.

Glad they re-released this. Looks better than the first but I still love full underlugs.

I have already told my local FFL I want one. I really like that Ruger is putting on the grips with the wood inlay.

Those comments were crazy. The way I look at it, if the gun owner community in CA wasn't fighting the fight here, then it could be (almost) any other state in the union. They really should be thanking CA.

I was hoping it would be about half the price of the 617, gonna have to save some pennies.

I think I would go with a Telecaster. The bolt on neck would be the strongest to deal with terrorist zombies. I know most folks will say Strat, but I think the trem system is unreliable.
I mean, who needs to dive bomb when SHTF? That only happens in movies.

I like it but it's to pricey right now. Going to go with the GSG 1911 .22 instead.

I'm still waiting for the Ruger Single-Ten to hit the streets....or has it? This new Ruger SP101 in .22 LR carries a pretty high MSRP of $675.00.

                              That is outrageous.

I like it as well. However, you can buy 2 decent 22s for that price. Heck you can buy a 9mm and a 22 for that price. Thus the law of diminishing return. I like it but pass.
