Help Dating S&W Model 66

I've had this model 66 for a while and have not really shot it much. Picked it up as it reminded me of one of the revolvers my Dad had in the house growing up. Was curious if someone could help me out with an approximate date of manufacturing/shipping. I am aware I can pay the fee and get the info from S&W just hoping for a general ball park at this time as I am considering selling it or my 686 pro series.

Serial # begins with 9K7xxxx MOD 66 no dash

To date a Model 66, the first thing you need to do ask it's father for permission. During courtship, always listen to your 66, always take it out and feed it premium ammo. When you return from a day at the range, make sure to properly clean it first. After a good cleaning it's time to lube it up. This can get a little messy so, have a rag on hand to clean excessive lube that may drip off. While lubing, be careful about finger placement. Some 66s have more sensitive triggers than others and pulling the trigger too soon can cause excessive lube to fly all over.
