I was thinking about buying the ppq to replace my glock 19. the only negative review I read so far about this gun is the muzzle flip (high bore axis).

Any gun owner who does not support the NRA is a freeloader.

And if they would change the mag release. 40 years of pushing buttons, I just can't re-train. Ya I know--old dogs............

Tablerockarms.com has them converted to single shot for $700 shipped. I was thinking about buying one.

I hear ya but my H&K has never given me a problem remembering that there is no button. I also own a Walther P22, so it wouldn't be too hard getting used to the PPQ release.

agreed. I have a P30 and love the mag release even after many years of using buttons. so why not just get a P30 instead of a PPQ ?

So do I. I have smallish hands and walthers tend to be very comfortable for me.

On another note, that was a very good review video. I appreciate that he checks for safety frequently; most video hosts don't and it usually bugs me a bit.

Finally! They listened to the complaints about the P99QA and came out with a short reset on their trigger.
