    quick question

    Does high speed internet count as a proof of residency? (Apologies for the newbie question) it should in my book but an experienced opinion is what I'm looking for thanks in advance

      Are you asking, that for purposes of a second source of I.D. proving residency for a firearms purchase, does a bill from your ISP count the same as other utility bills?
