Differences between these two Kimbers?

I'm looking at a Kimber Ultra Carry 2 but don't know the differences between these two models.

Stainless Ultra Carry 2

Stainless Ultra Carry TLE 2


Seems the only difference is the night sights?

TLE models usually come with night sights and front strap checkering.

Unless the non-TLE model does not also come with a match grade barrel & trigger like the TLE, then they're pretty much the same after that.
