srry, i shoulda been more specific.... is it concidered a PPT transfer so I can buy more than 1 in 30 days? or is it just like buying a new gun where I have to wait 30 days to buy another one?

I emailed a seller on gunbrokers about a pistol and if they did BB and single shot for transfer, I got a rude response back, that was my first and probably last dealing with gunbroker.

So you had to wait 30 days between buying them, since they were not PPT?

Only FTF/PPT is outside of the 1 per 30 days rule - Unless you have an 03FFL & a COE -

sellers on Gunbroker are like sellers anywhere; most good, some bad. i'd suggest you not take it to heart because you dealt with a bad one; it happens.

i've bought several guns and a multitude of parts and accessories from numerous Gunbroker sellers with no glitches whatsoever. it's always wise to read a seller's feedback rating, as judged and entered by the buyers that came before you... before bidding or purchasing.

You don't buy guns or anything else from "gunbroker". You buy them from shops or private individuals who are using gunbroker as a tool to make a sale. That said, if you have a gun shipped to your FFL from ANYWHERE, it is not considered a PPT. It does not matter if it came from a shop or a private party, it will not be a PPT.

Most of my recent activity on gunbroker has been sending emails to sellers with blatant NO CA sales or no sale to CA commies crap in their ads.

Ill politely ask them 'why they are like this' and laugh at the response I get.

I bought a Stolle Panda 6PPC on gunbroker from a guy in Michigan. I got the gun fast, with extras, its shoots sub 0.15 groups, and he is like a father to me in tutoring me on how to shoot a gun with a 2 oz trigger that you make loads with one at a time on hand dies.

Gunbroker is jut like calguns, but spelled differently and you can't do FTF's in most cases.

Well, its not really like Calguns, there is nothing like calguns except if they had a gunstore in a university setting with a prof teaching gun laws and techniques. There is no forum on the web as good as calguns with regard to guns in my opinion.

California has some very archaic laws, and its will within the rights of a buyer to avoid unintentionally selling an illegal gun to you and doing jail time.

Some gun folks are very closed minded and set in their ways, and they buy into the easy ignorant route. If you really want the gun they are selling educate them, and if they can't be educated just walk away.

Thats a lot better than poking a hot stick into their eye.
