PPT refused

So Turners refused to do a PPT for a draco pistol. They said corporate wouldn't allow them to do it because they don't sell them yet and they are not comfortable because the rulings in CA regarding them are murky. It was going to be transferred as a SSE. I understand their position but it just seems weird that they sell AR15 pistols as SSE but won't do a ppt for a draco that is the same.

Also, does anyone know of an FFL around chino hills, yorba linda, corona that will do PPT's?

i thought they can't refuse, won't they get a misdemeanor and possibly lose their ffl?

No, I didn't want to push the issue because I understand they are not even sure they are allowed by DOJ to do the transfer. The manager said he would have no problem doing it except that corporate is worried about losing their licenses for all their stores over something that the DOJ hasn't given them clear direction in handling.

He should call Ammo Brothers in Ontario, they might do it with the proper set up.

Yep, I'm in Fon-Tuckey! Ammo Bros would do it but the seller is in OC. Turner's in Chino Hills was about 1/2 way for both of us.

From what the manager told me the DOJ has given them clear directions regarding AR pistols but he said the AK pistols are a different story.
