Doesn't even take that much on a Glock.

Grip the top of the slide with the thumb wrapped around the backstrap and give it a squeeze.
It'll pull the slide back far enough to reset.

Duh yourself. If you are so smart about shooting Glocks, why are you asking? Here are my Glocks, what you got? And don't even bother to ask, I actually shoot my Glocks in competition every weekend to the tune of, oh 12,000 to 15,000 rounds per year. What about you? 200 rounds? or maybe a million airsoft BBs.......
