The best one I found so far for .45 is from cheaperthandirt.com $94.79 for 250 rounds of Federal and 9mm Sellier & Bellot - 1000 Rounds for $184.99 from surplusammo.com.

Is there a better deal out there for .45 and 9mm?

That's as cheap as I have seen 9mm in the past couple of years unless you go with either Russian steel cased stuff or reloads. You can find Brown or Silver Bear, or Tula, for like $170 and you can get reloads from www.usaammo.com/-9mm-Luger-115-gr-FMJ-P58.aspx for $169...

Put it in your shopping cart at a few places though, because shipping adds up and it can vary in really, really big ways place-to-place. Check www.ammunitiontogo.com, www.militaryshooters.com, www.aimsurplus.com, etc etc...
