Sig 1911 Rail and Insight weaponlight problem.

I recently picked up my new Sig 1911 Nitron Rail. The problem I am having is with my Insight M6 weaponlight. It slides on, but it a nightmare to remove. I own two of these weaponlights and they both do the same thing. Both lights slides on and off my H&K P2000, S&W M&P, and Glock 19 without the least bit of trouble, but those are polymer framed pistols; not steel. Thinking that the rail was the issue, I slide on my Viridian X5L laser/ light combo, but had no problems. The only thing I can think of is that the cross bar that keeps the light on the rail, doesn't seat low enough to remove the light from the pistol. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I decided to take out the polymer cross bar and lightly filed in down and ever so slightly round the front edge. Now it slides on and off much easier but isn't loose; which is good.
