Great. It's not like the Glock is going to win any beauty contest. Why ruin it with front cocking serrations like it has been done to so many 1911s. I hate front cocking serrations. They are the Spawn of Satan.

If you want a Glock 1911, look up Wilson Combat KZ45 or Spec-Ops9.

Hmmmmm.... Ya know what? I think I like the word "G****" on the slide better than those forward serrations.

Best looking Glock I've ever seen. If it wasn't for the $$$ I'd buy it.

BTW I think regular glocks are a little on the ugly side but I definately want one some day. People don't buy Glocks for their looks do they?

I couldn't agree more with the statement above and I happen to like Glocks as well as own 2.

A botique gun like a Salient Glock would NOT be mt first choice if I was going to carry a pistol going into combat.

Yes, This glock is worth every penny...I have one and it blows my mind!!! I also have a custom 2011 sti, nighthawk, and les baer pII...This gun shoots as good if not better than those.

What makes it so expensive is the time and care that goes into every part of this gun...the trigger is totally proprietary, and is one of the best feeling triggers i have ever felt.. the grip contouring is perfect and the briley fitted barrel makes it unbelievably accurate!

I am planning on having them do my gen 4 19.

That being said...I know that its not for everyone. I don't think a glock is just a glock though

If I'm going to spend $2k+ on a glock it had better come with a few more Glocks'... like 3 more.

I love all of my Glock pistols, and I've had just about every single glock made at one time or another.

NOTHING, and I repeat NOTHING you can buy for ANY Glock pistol will make you a better shooter more than training.

If you ask me, 2K for a race Glock is $1500 that could be spent towards ammo and 3-4 days of training at a facility like USTC, Gunsite or Thunder Ranch and increase a real skill set.

That's not a Glock, there's like...beveling...and stuff. Glocks are square and blocky.
