Springfield 1911 MC Operator back in stock

Just window shopping at Southern California Guns in San Diego this morning and noticed that they have in stock a SA MC Operator. I know some fellow Calgunners were looking for some. Socal Guns' selling price is $1250. BTW, this where I purchased mine as well.

For you guys in OC and LA, Insight Shooting Range in Artesia has one as of last Thursday when I was there for $1186.

Wish I could afford it.

On the 1911 forum, a member mentioned that Springfield just finished a batch so there should be more out there. This is the fourth time I read about someone finding a operator the last week alone.

There are only two Operator's that come from the factory with Armory Kote slide and frame; and those are the Lightweight and Lightweight Champion. Both of those are off-list.
