If you find one that's CA approved on the net you could transfer it through Guslers out in Santee for 60$ plus tax on the gun

          Iron Sights Oceanside

I saw a new CZ for sale at Iron Sights in Oceanside my last visit there a few weeks ago, but I don't remember the model number. I have seen CZs there in the past and know they sell them, so they could order the model you want. I think the prices at Iron Sights are quite fair.

I got mine through www.CZCustom.com and just did the FFL transfer. Ended up saving a heck of a lot of $ vs getting it directly through any of the local places. I do prefer supporting local business, but CZ Custom is a darn great shop and the prices were basically unbeatable.

BTW -- CZ75 D PCR Compact is awesome. http://czcustom.com/CZ-75D-PCR-PolyCoat-9mm.aspx ...or a P-01 if you feel the need for a light rail...

Same as you'll get buying a CZ from anywhere else. I got an SP-01 about a year ago and it comes with two mags in your standard plastic handgun case, rod with brass cleaning brush on it, rod with slot for cleaning patches, owners manual. Shipping was free, as it is with most of the firearms on their site I believe.

More recently, I also purchased the Kadet Adapter from them. Good price, same-day Priority Mail shipping, great service. That comes with its own plastic handgun case, two mags, different slide catch, manual, etc.

CZ Custom creates all of the SP-01 Shadows and 75 Shadows sold in the US. They are the authorized "tuning" arm for CZ USA, and home to some of CZ USA's top competition shooters. They can even do some warranty work, if I'm not mistaken. Basically, you can't buy a gun directly from CZ USA of course, but buying from CZ Custom is as close as it gets to dealing with the manufacturer. They do some of the best custom trigger work and other competition related gunsmithing.

Direct Action Solutions in Del Mar has a bunch of CZ's - dont remember exactly what models.

As a side note - AMAZING customer service - just picked up my FDE FNP-9 and had some "sight" issues. Everything handled beyond my expectations! Great crew out there.
