    Converting Glock 22 mags?

I'll be moving from Utah to socal shortly and have a bunch of 15rd Glock 22 mags. Is there a way to convert them to 10rds and is that acceptable under CA law?

    get new 10 round mags
take apart your 15 rounders, and keep them as rebuild kits.
then, anytime you go out of state, you can put them back together once you cross the state line.
or sell them, there are probably a few folks out here in CA that will give you 10-rounders in trade for your 15's

    good luck

Might I recommend staying in Utah? California is a wonderful place to be from.

+1 However you think it is here, whatever you picture Ca being like, forget it. Visualize a smoky crater full of vile waste, flanked by heavenly mountains and a beach. And the gun laws will make your head explode. I will proudly be moving to Arizona in precisely 3 weeks, after residing here my whole life.

If it was just me I would stay in Utah, or maybe even move up to Idaho or Montana. But I've got to move back because of the wife and kids. We're originally from the Brea/Chino Hills area, and all of our family is still in that area. I have spent nearly 25 years of my 44 in CA.

Thankfully, I can transfer within the same company - the one that took me to Utah to begin with.

I still can't believe I'll be without a concealed carry license. 10rd mags and bullet buttons --

At least I'll be able to get good beer again. A 12 pack of Sam Adams runs $25+ in Utah - and you can only get it from the dozen or so state run stores.

did you own the mags when you lived here previously, if so, you can simply bring them back as is.

Yes...if you lived here before and owned those mags they are yours to keep and use. Many of us middle aged guys owned Glocks and Mags way back before the ban . (year 2000)
