    Need quick clarification.

    I thought I read that it is legal to put a forend grip on an AR pistol, is that true or a put one on and go to jail card?

    It's legal according to the BATFE if you have a 26" or greater O.A.L. If you're using a flash-hider to achieve that length it needs to be permanently attached via an approved method.

        If it is registered as a pistol then no. If it is registered as a aow then yes afaik

          As stated previously it has to do with the overall length classifying it as AOW.
