CZ 75b grips and EAA Witness grips

Does any know if a CZ 75b grips will work on a EAA Witness? They look close but I dont wanna buy it and not have it fit.

Most cz75 grips are marketed for either, at least the houge ones, and some of the custom wood ones ive seen floating around.

I think the old small frame witness grips are interchangeable with the cz75 grips. Not sure about the newer large frames.

They do sell thinner grips for the large frame witness.
