glock gen 4 (+) trigger bar

my current gen 4 glock 22 has a heavier trigger pull than my gen 3.
the (+) trigger bar has been recommended by an instructor in a recent armorers class.
    has anyone tried it?
    thanks.

Replace the OEM 5.5 connector with the new gen4 "dot" connector. Glockparts.com sells it for around five bucks

The + connector will increase your pull, not reduce it. You can use the "dot" connector if you can find them, or you can go to a - connector. If this is a duty/carry gun then I would either stay with the stock connector or only use the "dot" connector.
