Anyone here run one? I just ordered one and want to know if you had any issues like FTE. I looked at the xdtalk.com threads but wanted to see what my brothers on calguns thought.

XD 9mm conversion barrel.

I have one for my 5" .40, the barrel is fine, but I think the spring for my .40 might be too stiff, and I have noticed some stove pipe FTE. However, I am glad I bought it as the price of 9mm is worth the investment.
ETA: No issues when firing .40 from it."If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the General Welfare, the Government is no longer a limited one, possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one, subject to particular exceptions."

I think the spring on the 9mm and 40 are different. I have ordered a couple of these barrels and some have come with springs and some have not (not sure why that is, but it is.)
Buy a 9mm spring and you should be good to go.Comment
