kimber ultra carry ii with night sight can buy in CA?

Can i buy a kimber ultra carry 2 with night sights in CA.

I see its listed on the ca handgun roster but not sure if it only for ultra carry ii name only?
Or is it i can buy ultracarry ii with any addon i want from factory?

I was told I had to buy the regular version and then add night sights. Bought new Kimber Meprolights online for $85.00, then shipped my slide and sights to Kimber. They installed them for $40.
