    CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom

I need some help... I searched the forum and could not find an answer. I see on the DOJ handgun roster that:

    CZ 75 SP-01 01152 / Steel, Poly Pistol 4.6 9mm 1/31/2012

is legal.... OK? I look on CZ website and do not see any handgun with the "1152" number relating to the pistol. I then go and do a gun broker search and a dealer comes up with a phantom listed with that number:

I do google searches that come up with the standard CZ 75 SP01.

My question is, is there a Phantom CZ out there with the 01152 that is Cali legal? I am willing to get the one of gun broker and if the dealer is willing have him keep the mags.

    Nope... I wish....

Only the SP 01 and the TS are CA legal.
The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Single Shot Exemptions are your friends If you are in the SF Bay Area call Valkyrie Arms and place an order over the phone and then come in to do the paperwork and dros when it comes in. If you are not in the SFBA I am not sure who to go to.

I was planning on getting an STI Rangemaster 9mm from either Dawson Precision or Thunder Mountain Custom via "single shot exemption."

Found a local dealer who has the "single shot exemption kit" for 1911s not on the roster.

Called today to finalize the order and pay BUT found out neither of the sellers (Dawson Precision or Mountain Custom) will ship to California,

So single shot exemption and intrafamilial transfer is a no go for me. ROSTER SUCCCCCKKKKKSSSS.

I guess im just one lucky son of a gun. I walked right into valkryie arms about a month ago and they had one laying under the case. Was as easy as buying any rostered handgun.

Your best bet it to call valkryie arms.

the roster does suck but don't let it get you down. Would it be possible to ship it to a FFL in AZ than have the AZ FFL ship it to your dealer of choice? Gotta jump through those hoops to get the cool guns in cali.

It can be had via Single Shot Conversion.
                Check out the sticky: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=383692

Find a FFL in your area that will accept "Single Shot Conversion"... Check out Table Rock Arms... they'll work w/ you

Yes it is legal. Krausewerks has one.

It's legal, but its not on the roster. You still have to get it via PPT unless you're LEO or get it single-shotted.

The roster lists certain things kind of retarded. When it says polymer, it really means the polycoat finish that CZ uses sometimes. It has nothing to do with the Phantom.
