If "quality craftsmanship" is what your want then Lane at Cold Bore is your guy. He can and will provide you the custom job you desire. He's done two of my Glocks and will do another very soon.

broken arrow tactical is another great one that is local and that has done work on 3 of my glocks. The website is pretty much doesn't have anything on it, but there is a link to send Ray an email.

Examples of some of his work but you should jump to the last pages of the thread as that is the most recent pictures with working links.

Also attached is a picture of my G20 that he did. Stipled, grip reduction and grip cut down to a G29 length.

Lane is the best in the business at what he does. You won't be disappointed.

I just emailed Lane, his works seems to be exceptional and the price is the best I can find.

Www.gripreductions.com. Cost me around $175 and only took a week to get it back. I had Dale do the "tactical texture", right hand palm swell, duty beavertail, remove finger grooves and undercut the trigger guard. He also filled in the magwell gap and made it a "ramp" for reloading. I absolutely LOVE this glock. The combination of the texture and the right hand palm swell really "locks" the gun to your hands. I can control the recoil of this 45 like you would not believe. The new dual recoil spring of the gen4 helps with that but I have such a good solid, high grip on the weapon now that it does not move.

Do yourself a favor and check his work out. He can do custom magwells, and a bunch of other things such as trigger work etc. Also, again, his turn around is about only a week. I will be sending another glock to him shortly.

              Glock 21 SF

Here's a few pics of my Glock 21 SF. Had Lane Owens of Cold Bore remove the finger humps, undercut and round the trigger guard and apply standard texturing all the way around the grip.

Got a working email? The link on that webpage doesn't seem to work.

I read some of the links posted. Custom grip reduction is best done with you at the shop so they can see where best to reduce the grip. If you send the gun in, then how do they know exactly where to reduce the grip?

I am very interested in getting a grip reduction/stipple job on my G35.

                    thank you

I saw a similar thread on a different forum recently, ill look for it since one guy went ahead and did a nice job with texture coating similar to skateboard tape.
