Great Service from B&B

It's tough to find good customer service these days, so when I have a good experience I like to share it.
I bought a new magwell for my Glock 21 and base plates (+4) through B&B enterprises. The owner, Bobby Carver, personally contacted me to tell me the base plates I originally ordered were about to ne discontinued and swapped them out for the Arredondo +4s at no extra cost. The Bobby Carver magwell is perfectly engineered compared to the one I got from the Glock Store. I'm not bashing the Glock Store, I routinely do FTF transactions there, but a magwell for a Glock 21 is tough to find. Lemme tell you, this magwell rocks! It is smoother than ever and has no problems ejecting empty mags like my last one. It looks killer and functions flawlesly. And the Arredondo +4s are actually +4 extensions that actually add 4 rounds, not 3. I'm LE and carry my 21 on duty and have to trust my life, my squad's lives, and the lives of the public to it so I demand a lot.
If anyone is looking for genuine old-fashioned customer service, B&B is definitely the way to go for your Glock and XD needs. I ain't affiliated with them in any way, I'm just a satisfied customer. Sorry for the long rant. Molon Labe.

Always good to hear there is a shop with good customer service, usually 90% of the stores in the greater L.A area all have sub par service at best.

Yeah it's unfortunate, so I try to plug the good guys. Sometimes you just feel like a number.

I tried a P.O.S. plastic magwell from Brownell's a year ago and sent it back the same day I received it. After that fiasco I'd given up on the magwell idea until I ran across the Carver Custom Bigmouth. I'd been contemplating one for my G21 for sometime. This thread has reminded me and I've just placed my order. FWIW, my Arredondo +4's having been running flawlessly for a couple of years now. I hope for the same experience with the CC magwell.
