Foster receivers

First post here gentlemen, be gentle.

I recently stumbled upon Foster 1911 slide/receiver assemblies and am very intrigued since the hardest parts of building a 1911 seem more or less done. Problem is I don't see them on the CA DOJ list. Does that mean I am SOL in my hopes of ever building one?

couple of options, pay them to put it together with single shot parts andsend to ffl. but if they are like their sister company caspian, they wont.

have parent or grand parent buy it from out of state and do family transfer.

have an out if state friend buy it, put it together, then sell it to you as single shot.
