    New toy! **Range Update**

My first 1911, a Kimber Custom II. On several rec's I picked up some Wilson mags as well. Brought her home, stripped and CLP'd her all up. Gonna put some rounds through tomorrow evening and can hardly wait. Ahhh, new toys.....

I miss my series I Kimber Classic... That was my first gun when I turned 21.

          Excellent!

I just got a Kimber, too. I bought the Stainless II. I almost got the Custom II, but since I already have 3 evil black pistols I decided to go for something different.

What's great about the Custom II is that it already has custom/match grade components installed out of the box. (I'm sure you know that already) So the only thing I bought were Chip Mccormick mags and a Comptac holster.

Have fun it's a great gun! thanks for sharing

You can change out the sights to adjust for that.

Shot 250 rounds with one FTF near the end of the session. I was using UMC stuff that is super dirty which could have contributed to the FTF.
Elenius, shoots a tad left but, straight out to 25 yds no problem.
I definitely do not regret selling my P220 to buy it

Contgrats!! I have the same pistiol in stainless and it is awesome. I had FTF's which were solved by polishing the breachface and feed ramp. No FTF's since!
