    AR Pistol Question

(this may have already been answered -- if so, sorry, i couldn't find the answer)

If you own one AR pistol lower (and other regular AR lowers), can you have 2 or more <16" uppers? Or should you make sure you have a 1:1 ratio of pistol lowers and short uppers? My concern is the constructive possession 'law'.

    thanks.

You must have atleast 1 registered pistol lower. You can then own multiple uppers w/ <16" barrels. However, it is never a good idea to have incomplete rifle lowers laying around, Ie completed rifle lower without an upper attached
