The MasterPiece Arms MPA-10 is not on the approved list.

Therefore it is sold/transfered as a single-shot pistol with a fixed 0 round magazine.

After the 4473/DROS + 10 day wait, the owner can legally modify it to any configuration that does not make it into a prohibited firearm (assault weapon or Title 2 firearm).

The threaded barrel on the MasterPiece Arms MPA-10 makes it an assault weapon, if it also accepts detachable magazines.

      So...
If you want to keep the threaded barrel, then a magazine lock must be used in conjunction with 10 round or less magazines.

If you get rid of the threaded barrel, then legally the pistol does not need a magazine lock and can be used with any capacity magazine.
You can get rid of the threaded barrel by replacing it with a non-threaded barrel or by removing the threads from the barrel or by permanently attaching a muzzle device that covers the threads.
