Compared to a USP 45 what are the differences?

I can't see why this'll be ~$450 more than a S&W M&P45, and can't get worked up about it.
The S&W M&P45 has very nice profile, form-factor & grip feel and reliability (and good accuracy reports!) and I think there's a fair chance it'll eventually become the new USGI sidearm.
