    guns falling off the list...

is there any kind of list of guns that aren't/cant be renewed for 2008. Last year I procrastinated and I think I missed out on a few things.
Is there even any way to tell or do we just have to look at everything and find the ones with out the mag dissconnect and chamber indicator thingy?

sidenote: anybody buying up anything that they think isnt gonna make it much longer?
a gun in the hand is worth more than a cop on the phone.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

That'd be nice - it expires TODAY (9/10) according to the list, but if it has been renewed it just isn't changed yet in the database.

The rumors about HK's plan to renew the P7M8 on CA approved handgun list were just that.
Why would HK want to pay CA's extortion fee for a discontinued model?
No more P7M8 can be shipped into the state to CA FFL's

But, it is still OK for private party transfers within the state. Prices will increase significantly.

It is official as of today.

                      That's a good question.
Why do you suppose Colt continues to recertify the 6" SS Python
when they haven't manufactured that model in several years ?

could hk have sent 4 new pistols in so that they can redo the drop test? That explains why the last batch was 231 made? Maybe it should be 235 but 4 are sent to cali for recert?

I spoke with HK customer service personally who assured me the p7m8 was being renewed. Maybe just a time lag between expiration and renewal?

Why does Sig continue to renew the P225, P228, P226 Sport Stock and P220 Sport? And what makes you think that the P7M78 is discontinued? Remember the final xxx of 500 P7M8s?

I e-mailed hk about a week ago and they said the p7m8 would be renewed. hopefully we'll see the p7m8 back up on the list soon.
