Complete opposite. When I still shot a lot of moly coats, I used a few jacketed to actually help clean out most the junk. Then when the barrel was still hot, run a bore snake through a couple times. No I was told they actually come out slower. The only good thing about molly is people shoot up to 10000+ rounds of it to polish up the barrel and make it easier to clean after words. That's the only up side I have been told about them.
But if your shooting Molly don't switch to normal bulets for if you do I heard it makes it 10x harder to clean your barrel after words due to the powder now being mixed with the Molly coating in the barrel. I was told they have no ballistic advantage at all. Just makes guns easier to clean if your break your barrel in with them.
Big +1 to Precision bullets. My experience with moly 45 ACP is completely opposite from mortman and CK 32. I have used plenty of Precision Bullets and Bear Creek with great results. They feed great, no leading even at higher velocities (200gr SWC@850+FPS). Switching from moly to lead or jacketed is no issue at all. The moly is like a hard gray paint, doesn't get on your fingers or the bore. The bullets don't need lubing in the grooves so there is way less smoke than regular cast lead. Depending on the maker the price is somewhere between hardcast and FMJ so I view it as a value. But this is just my experience.
