    1911 Modifications

    Right now, I own and use 4 Stainless Colt series 80's. All .45's. Every one has some parts from King's gun works on them. The least is one Government
    that only has a recoil spring and shock buffer, to a Combat Commander That
    has a recoil spring,checkered mainspring housing, beaver tail grip safety,Speed safety,extended slide release and King-Tappen sights! As far as I am concerned, no matter how much you spend, you can not get better parts than Kings, nor find better service! I have been dealing with them for over 30 years and will continue doing so, for as long as I am still able to shoot!
