1911 trigger work tools for rent/loan?

Is there anywhere/anyone willing to rent or lend me tools to do my own trigger work on a 1911 SA milspec? I'm looking to get a Wilson Combat value sear and hammer and Smith and alexander beavertail. The gun already has a skeletonized trigger and flat mainspring housing installed.
I'm confident that I can do the work necessary. I'm looking for the ceramic stones to grind/polish the sear and hammer, the jig for shaping the sear, and the .220 radius jig for the S&A beavertail.
    Thanks,
    Wilson

Or you could get a Cylinder and Slide drop in ignition kit, and Wilson drop in beavertail and do it all yourself with tools you should have on hand anyway.

I only have fine sandpaper to polish with. would a sear jig and grindstones be necessary to polish up a Wilson value sear and hammer?

Also, would a S&A beavertail fit a Springer spur hammer (SA Milspec)?
