    Can I transfer these?

My Grandfather has two pistols and he would like to transfer them to me. My question is I doubt these are on the safe list, will it matter?

They can be private party transfers in which the gun does not have to be on the list.

        Thank you

That helps. So if I am reading #7 correctly on that list, I can transfer both of them at the same time, I would just need to fill the DROS form out twice? Where can i find this form? I couldnt find it under the forms section?

The dealer has the forms or the computer that he inputs the info into; go see your local friendly gun dealer for details.

As Long as Grandpa lives in same state he doesn't need to go to a dealer at all. He just needs to fill out this form and send in 19 dollars to DOJ

As has been brought up in a previous thread though in the box for "acquired from" be sure to put from grandfather and include his name.

In any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.
