Ok so my 21st birthday is comin up and im gonna treat myself to a new handgun (still deciding) and i was wondering if i could set up the 10 day wait so that i can pick it up possibly on or the day after my birthday, or do i have to be 21 to start the "purchase"

You need to start dros on the day of your birthday. That's how I did it. I asked the same thing you did but I was turned down
