Good Drop Leg Platform?

Wondering what you guys recommend as a drop leg platform? I am looking for something which can hold three to four Eagle Industries 9mm mag pouches. Movement is important as well so it should not be loose and jiggling around and is a solid platform.

Yes I am. I just don't want to buy one that bounces and turns more than necessary. Also, there are some out there that are very solid like the BlackHawk Tactical platform but I think you need the custom add-ons to mount your stuff?

I use the 5.11 one at work. It's very lightweight and stable. I also have one from voodoo tactical that's made to hold a ballistic panel as well. That one is a lot thicker and is better if you think you might fall and land on it (padding to protect your leg from the mags)

I run a Safariland. They make all sorts of attachments that allow you to add goodies onto the drop leg. Its solid!

5.11, Safariland and Blackhawk products are nice - I have all 3 and for the average guy, great stuff.

IMHO, nice to get a stand alone drop leg molle platform as your base. Then, from there you can then attach anything like holsters, mag pouches, medi kits, drop pouches, etc. I think this route is more modular and useful than say a stand alone drop leg holster. Blachawk even has a cool molle adaptor that allows you to attach your Serpa holsters to a molle rig.

Start with this, and just add what you want to it

Solid platform...even adding 1 molle pouch to a drop holster in front of the weapon is possible.
