Glocks come in all black, or less commonly (not regularly stocked at most shops at least) in OD frame and black slide. As others said, you can have the slides chromed, or even the whole frame dyed to change the color. You can also replace the slide with a Caspian SS slide if you want that naked/chrome slide look.
