Oh by the way i finally understood how he racked the slide with one hand. I just did it right now with a snap cap and my ruger p95. It is possible as long as the hammer is pulled back.

With practice you can do it hammer down. Its called the "ninja reload" lol!

I have seen that one before and wondered if the bullet penetrated the vest or if the wound is some kind of impact/contact/crushing of skin between the bullet and bone. It looks like a bullet wound, but I am not a doctor.

Wound from the impact. There was a follow up video, apparently the bullet catcher is a bit older, and wiser now and states he won't be doing that again.
