sw 19-3 pricecheck

What do you guys think is reasonable for a sw 19-3? It has minor bluing blemishes, lock up and timing are great. Its a 2.5" barrel, original grips.

From what I have seen $500-$600.

Neat lil snub. Kinda hard to find.

It's P&R but I noticed a couple of things.

Grips aren't original. That set came standard on the "Lady Smiths" models years later. They were pretty to look at but awful hard to hang on to when shooting +P or magnum loads.

The trigger has been replaced or modified with a smooth face.

Non factory front red ramp sight.

None of the above would be deal breakers for me if the price was $400. With a set of pachmayr compact grips, it would be a nice shooter. JMHO.

thanks all for the info., I'm looking to buy it from someone, he wants 600 for it. I know that they are hard to find and I have been wanting one.

Six hundred is a good price for a 19-3 with really good bluing. As pictured 550 would be very fair. 500 would be an instant "I'll take it."
