Just throwing a quick guess out there without studying them too much or pulling up Google...

            .40S&W / .44mag / 45LC / 454 Casull

Ugh, I'm all wrong. I didn't notice they're auto rounds.

I'll guess 45LC/454/460. They look the same diameter, slightly larger than the 40, and that's the only combo I know that looks about like that, with the LC shortish, the casull .1 inches longer, and the S&W mag significantly longer. Also, that looks like a standard bullet shape for a 460, and the second crimp looks about right for a long colt.

Though I would have expected the LC to be a cast bullet.

edit: the other obvious guess would be 44 special, 44 mag, and "something". I really doubt it though because I just don't know what cartridge uses a 44 caliber bullet that is that long. the 444 marlin should be WAY longer than that.

Plus it seems much more rare for a firearm owner to own a 44 mag AND a 444 marlin, AND buy 44 special ammo. Anyone who owns an X-frame smith or BFR is probably gonna have the 45 caliber trifecta though.

                ---------

2nd edit: Unless the second from the left IS 44 magnum (same size as 45LC) and you just threw that in there to give us the runaround. It COULD be a smaller diameter than the ones on the right, and would definitely still make the COL be about right. And it would explain why the cartridge is a jacketed round (statistically explains, not rationally explain) and not cast.

                ---------
3rd edit: you guys have two hours to guess cause as soon as I get home I'm taking a photo of 45 acp next to 45LC, 454, and 460 and posting it cause I'm damn sure I'm right in 45/454/460 or 44mag/454/460.

I don't think the second one is 10mm. The difference between .40 and 10mm is not so drastic.

Id say: 45 LC, .50 AE, .500 Maximum??

For sure the second is .45 caliber, and the third/fourth are .50...

Auto 45LC? (look at the bottom of the round).

Of course. revolver rounds are right out. Man they look similar though!

45 auto, 357, 44 mag, then the three loaded rounds 45LC, 454, and 460. Note how 45LC and 454 are really quite close in cartridge size and the 460 really just takes off. That really looks like what is going on in the first post.

so, the one on the right is about double the 40 S&W which is .8 inches to the case. I can't tell from the pic, but it MIGHT be rimmed. That would make it a 500 S&W. Beowulf is the right size but no good because the rim is smaller than the case diameter. None of the options look like beowulf.

50 AE is much shorter than double a 40S&W, so it's possible that the one next to the far right is 50 AE. 50 wyoming express is about the right size too.

the one next to the 40 S&W is clearly bigger, but possibly smaller than what looks like 50AE or WE. So maybe a 45 cal of some sort? or a 475 linebaugh? that puts us back into rimmed cartridge category? Some sort of cartridge with a length around 1.15 inches or so, give or take.45LC is about right, but that's right back to a rimmed cartridge again. So maybe 45 win mag?

                              Maybe 40/45 win mag/50 (ae or we)/500 S&W?

                              Any of this even close??
