Glock sight tool Removal and IDPA

Hi does anyone have a Glock sight tool that lives in the San Fernando Valley/ LA area that wouldn't mind taking my sights off. My night sites are faded and I need to send them back for inspection. I would really appreciate it.

Does anyone do IDPA shooting with a Glock? Do you have any recommendation on sights, holster , mag pouch and modifications?
