Just DROSed my first hand gun!

I just DROSed my first hand gun, a Glock 26. I know many of you will say, "for a first time shooter why a subcompact?" I have shot hand guns many times before and I happen to be a fan of the Glock 26 and 19 the most. Pretty excited.

After shooting many Glocks I would like to make some modifications to it, as soon as I get it and test it out I will post what I plan on modifying and ask the forms opinion.

So I never touched and and it has worked fine with no problems and only 3-4 jambs in about 2,500 rounds using my handloads exclusively.

yeah - i want to leave it mostly stock - just a few trigger adjustments and such. the little things that i want your guys view on in the future on weather or not it will make it less reliable.

Congrats on the G26
There are a ton of stuff you can do to it, or just go out to the range and shoot it right out of the box.

I did the "25 cent trigger job" on my G19

I followed that up with a lightened recoil spring (13lb) and stainless guide rod, then added the Lone Wolf 3.5lb connector, replaced the ridged trigger with a smooth trigger, replaced the stock sights with WTS sights,added the extended slide release and did a little more polishing and now it's perfect (for me).

For me the only thing I change on my Glocks are the sights. Other than that stock is beauty.

i can deal with the 10 days, can't deal with the 30 days wait to buy another hand gun. i am picking up all the cheap stuff first, then comes the HK's (USP .45 & hopefully a P7M8), 1911's, you all know the drill...
